Wales!

This weekend my boyfriend and I set off on a road trip to Pembroke in Wales to visit his family, with us we took my little brother Ross and our beloved cat Pearl!

So half way on our journey Pearl started kicking up a fuss. Under my firm grip and watchful eye I let her out of her carry case. Pearl seized this opportunity to 'be a little more dog' see photos below to explain! 

Following my love for the BBC's latest drama The White Queen it seemed fitting that we visited Pembroke Castle (King Henry VII grew up here). With a guided tour for £1.50 it was a total bargain and such a good day out in the sun, I highly recommend if ever in Pembroke!

Following this and some yummy refreshments I couldn't resist a quick browse in one of the antique centres where my magpie eye spotted some real beauties! 

To finish the weekend off we hit one of the beautiful beaches which Ross loved! 

I had such a lovely weekend I only wish our visit was for longer. Especially as the boyf's Mum is an UNREAL cook and every meal tastes like heaven!

Morning Tea

To kick off my Saturday its all about brunch at home with the boy, two pots of tea and a yummy croque monsieur! 

This is the latest addition to my china collection, a beautiful vintage teacup and saucer which was a wedding favour I recently received from my friends Claire and Josh. Such a lovely idea and a great way to remember such a beautiful day! 

                              

 

                               

Swimsuits

Ok so swim suits use to be rather unattractive and reserved for the under 11's and those who acknowledged their stomach was better tucked away from the public eye.

Over the past few years they have really taken turn, a sexy chic turn I might add as well. There is such a variety including backless,plunge, strapless, cutout and  asymmetric; not to mention the endless amount of prints. Wearing a swimsuit is no longer a tragedy, in fact pick the right one for your body shape and you have got yourself a triumph!

Hump Of The Week

Yes! After a busy first few days back in the office after my holiday to Cyprus its finally here, hump of the week which means we're that much closer to the weekend!

So I'm back from my amazing holiday in Cyprus with my girlfriends. Louise played host putting us up in her Villa😽.

It's safe to say the ridiculous amount of Callipos consumed kept us alive after each night. Since it was only a taxi ride away it seemed rude not to venture into Aiya Napa. An experience we won't forgot. But let's just say we embraced it an took it in our stride with the mentality that if you can't beat them, join them. Which meant trading cute dresses so seriously short shorts. I mean SHORT.
